I teamed up with Real Estate Promoter in July of 2003, starting out on the Basic package. I just recently upgraded to the Platinum level and it is really starting to pay off. I have closed at least one transaction per month over the last three months from the leads coming from the services that Real Estate Promoter is providing. I anticipate this to increase to at least four closings per month by July 2004. As a 2 year subscriber to the Real Estate Promoter service, I can tell you without a doubt that their program works. No its not a fly by night get rich quick scheme. It does take hard work, but it really does produce the leads. I look at any investment in marketing on a return for investment. I will say REP has far surpassed any other avenue I have tried and done it consistently. It has changed this listing agent that did 80% listing sales into a 50/50 agent at best. I am enjoying the work and the support staff at REP is incredible. The leads are real and what you do with them from there is up to you. If your serious about increasing your sales you really should consider their service. You won't be disappointed.

I have been calling the leads many times until I get them on the phone. I never leave a message until about the 7th try. After getting voicemails for two weeks from one, the buyer picked up the phone, politely set up an appointment for a $900K house. Then he said, "by the way, I have to sell my $1mil. house, I have the buyer, and we are going to buy the new house in cash." Okay, so did I just end up getting a triple deal or is he pulling my leg? I will let you know how it goes. The $9K deal from last month closed. Believe me, if this continues, I will be referring you!!!

When I talked to REP about the site they guaranteed 100 hits per month. I placed the site head to head with another site of ours where I physically the updates on search engines. I enrolled in Google Ad Words and Overture (now Yahoo) with my other sites. Anyway, the first two weeks with REP we had 40 e-mail responses. The click thru was extremely high. Since then we have closed several transactions from the site. Our biggest problem now is maintaining a good follow. We have a system that we are constantly tweaking and honestly, many of the leads fall thru the cracks. All in all, that is a good problem to have. Since our first month with REP we have stopped using "pay per click" and increased our package on REP. I used to spend countless hours searching where we could use advertising dollars via the Internet and making sure we had good placement. I am no longer doing search engine work and am now working on keeping our branded site and condo site updated.

Just a quick note to express my appreciation and experiences with Real Estate Promoter. Several weeks ago I was somewhat depressed in the lack of quality leads I was getting from various companies. I searched Yahoo for "real estate leads" and Real Estate Promoters link came up at the top. Entering you site I was impressed with the "guarantee" enough to read on. I telephoned, and made initial contact with Mark and was further impressed with his straightforward answers to my questions. "Fast forward through Thanksgiving. I called again. Since I contracted with Real Estate Promoters, I have experienced great lead generation. I can only attribute it to the easy access web site and high positioning of my advertisement on the search engines. If I work the leads properly, I correspond with good potential clients. There is no filtering of the leads; just direct contact from their first inquiry to my response to the leads. I check my e-mail most evenings from 7-8. I have received two bona fide closings as a result; it has paid for itself. I am a happy camper.

Everybody remembers the famous line from Field of Dreams..'if you build it they will come'. However, that doesn't always apply to websites. I have several websites and oversee almost all of the marketing and search engine placement. I was tired of the monotony and work for below average leads. My business coach suggested I let Real Estate Promoter build a site and for me to relinquish all control. Not easy for a 'Type A'! In only a week I have received 40 e-mail leads and I couldn't even tell you how many hits. I enrolled in the gold program package and I have been in the program for about three weeks and I have received about 35 leads for the month. I feel about ten are good workable possible sales. Some leads may be out as far as six months and that's okay. I wrote a contract yesterday for $375,000 and it was accepted today from one of your leads. One thing I like about the program is you can change the package from month to month. So you are not locked in for a long period of time. I am excited about the program. I recommend it to anyone. One other thing, Real Estate Promoter offers once a month phone conference training by one their top real estate clients that is in the program and the session was very helpful.

I think Real Estate Promoter was the best marketing money I could have spent! I truly believe I was much more savvy than the rest of he agents who are either spending a lot of money on the real estate newspaper and trade magazine ads and I truly believe the leads I received have been of the highest quality available. I have sold three homes and have one listing just since February. I have over a dozen leads that I consider as excellent long term sales potential, but in this market to sell three properties in six months by a new agent is amazing!
