The SEO services can be broken down into five main objectives.

Objective: Site Benchmark and Initial Setup

During this stage we will analyze your site and your competition, and determine how to compete well against the top spots in the search engines for your terms. We will also install web analytic software on your site so that we can start tracking how many visitors are coming to your site (and staying there). We will also start monitoring your search engine rankings for all of your keywords so that we can start measuring your upward growth.

Deliverables:

• Site structure analysis and consultation (navigation and page layout)
• Baseline report of current rankings for keywords
• Competitive analysis report for main competitors
• Install enhanced site analytics to start measuring detailed site traffic

Objective: Site Optimization
Site optimization refers to the changing of text and html code on your web pages to optimize them for the search engines. We will change page titles, page text, alt tags, navigation, and any other elements necessary to help your pages rank well. Often this involves adding information to pages to make them more content-rich.

Deliverables:

• Optimization of current pages client website
• Changing user-viewable items such as descriptive text and navigation
• Changing site code only viewable to search engines to affect rankings
• Make entire site searchable by engines by improving sites internal link structure, including sitemap
• Create a Google Webmaster Tools account for client and setup properly formatted sitemaps protocol

Objective: Content Development

We will determine where content can be added to your site and write the content that will best affect your rankings. This may include informational articles about the products and services you provide, or general reference pages about your site. We will do most of the copy writing, but will stay in contact so that you can provide editorial help, product information, and preference on new content topics.

Deliverables:

• Evaluate existing pages and add new content where needed
• We will develop and write new content pages for the client site each month of the service
• Assist with setup and maintaining blogs, including writing blog entries each month
• New content will be optimized for keywords

Objective: Link Building

A major factor on search engine rankings is the number of inbound links from other sites. We have a variety of methods of acquiring these links, including purchasing the links outright, submitting articles to sites, and creating RSS feeds from site blogs that we create. All of these methods create links back to BOk.

Deliverables:

• Create new articles per month and submit to article submission directories
• Optimize and submit quarterly press releases to leading press release distributors
• Submit URL to web directories (additional cost if paid directories are requested)
• We will research, setup, and manage relevant, high quality links to your website (separate monthly fees may apply).

Objective: Monthly Reporting

In addition to these stages, we will monitor your search engine rankings and continually update your site to make sure that it is maintained and meeting all of the standards expected by the major search engines.

Deliverables:

• Bi-weekly reporting on keyword rankings by email.
• Detailed monthly site reports (rank, links, etc) by email.
• Personal account manager available during business hours.
